Mr. Richa is IS3′s President and co-founder and has served as a director and Secretary since 2002. With a career that spans over 27 years, Mr. Richa provides a wealth of executive knowledge and expertise to an already talented executive management staff. Mr. Richa possesses extensive experience in national sales, marketing, business development and management. “We are not your typical services company; we possess the expertise in the private sector as well as the government.”

With his proven sales and marketing ability, Mr. Richa has also been successful in the area of resource and vendor management. While selling products and services, Mr. Richa excels at building long term relationships with other providers that compliment IS3′s services and support such as engineers and consultants.

As a compliment to his partner’s business philosophy, Mr. Richa also envisioned a company that could provide total “turn-key” services. Prior to co-founding IS3, Mr. Richa was Vice-President of Sales/Marketing for Network Dynamics Corporation (NDC) and was responsible for restructuring and increasing sales, developing business and sales growth strategies. Over the past six years, Mr. Richa has been personally responsible for developing over $48 million in telecommunications revenue.

Mr. Richa also enjoyed a successful tenure with Black Box Network Services where he was responsible for telecommunications business development, engineering and operations development. Mr Richa also developed and structured sales, team building, maintained sales and business development budgets, to include quality control, personnel and policy management.
